Day 1 - Preprocessing
Participants will learn about different methods for CTF estimation, particle picking, and 2D classification
Day 2 - Refinement strategies
Participants will learn how to perform 3D refinements including generating initial models, and making custom masks
Day 3 - Classification and Model building
Participants will learn how to perform 3D classification, make focus masks, and build atomic models

Hotel
Accepted workshop applicants will have rooms reserved for them at a nearby hotel. The workshop will cover the cost of the hotel room for accepted applicants.
Travel and Meals
Participants are responsible for covering their own travel. Meals will not be provided but there are many nearby and affordable locations for meals. The Seminole Cafe is a very short walk from the venue and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a reasonable price.
